I suggest-

1. Backup your catalog by copying it to another hard-drive. (Do not delete the Catalog)

2. Un-install all Lightroom programs. (In a Mac I think you just drag from Applications to Trash)

3. Download Lightroom v5.7.1 from here-

Download Photoshop Lightroom

4. You need to expand the line -"Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5 " under the section "Download Adobe Photoshop Lightroom"

5. Click on the Mac OS X Download (530 MB) link.

6. Install v5.7.1

7. You will need BOTH Serial Numbers for Lightroom-2 and Lightroom-5. The first time you run LR5.7.1 it will ask for the LR2 number first then the LR5 'upgrade' number. (Be sure to carefully store BOTH Serial numbers for future reference!)

This should get you going, just open your catalog file. If Lightroom does not find it and wants to start a new catalog- close Lightroom, find your Catalog in Finder and Double-click it to open.

How can I fix this? I've tried copying it to a completly new document without any Paragraph styles but this doesn't work either.

Irrelevant. The difference between those two CPUs is around 7 to 10% at most - on paper. Due to how different settings can have a huge influence on 3D rendering, in practice it won't matter whether a frame renders 10 seconds or 11. That's really what it comes down to: Do you want to spend an extra 200 bucks just for so small a speed gain, even more so when you only do 10% 3D? Similar observations could be made for AE - it really won't make much of a difference. It's fractions of a second per frame.

Thanks for the info. As I said in a previous post my Mac does not recognise the disc image, when downloading the DNG converter. So I'm unable to open the download.

I’m just wondering that creating each element manually in a timeline is the only way to make this type of animation?

Sure, why not? Clearly the original creators used a similar approach. Asit perhaps from using built-in transforms for scaling and rotation and perhaps a bit of wiggling most of that looks like hand-crafted mask animation.

Was this ever resolved Paul? I'm having the same problem and been told by email provider/ hosting provider that I need to look into configuring SMTP Authentication for the contact form but have no idea how

I have everything in place for my drop down sub-menu which works in testing on shrunken screen but will not work on my HTC One when I check it now we have gone live! I am guessing that the issue to hand is that once you have pressed the hamburger to expand the menu down it goes about half way down the screen with clickables and the last choice you get is the celebration drop down menu, click on this and the menu does drop down to the final choice being the 'Make Your Choice' as the very bottom item (which is the very bottom of my screen, now when you click on that (tap) instead of opening the further choices up it closes the choices down to top drop down menu i.e. celebration stationery option. I am guessing this is because the second drop down has no where to go as there is no screen left under the 'Make Your Choice'.

This is obviously not acceptable as it makes a large percentage of the site not available to mobile viewing. Does anybody have any suggestions for fixing this issue? There is still another page to go under Font Choices in the sub menu drop down.

In-case you want to check this out for yourself on your mobiles then please go to AD Design & Print. I would appreciate help with this as the site is now live with all pages passing WC3 validation.apart from Contact-us that has an 'error' in the embedding code supplied by Google for the map.

I'm using the CC for photograpy almost one year. I got a 1-year-plan as a giveaway to a subscription of a service. Now I want to renew/redeem my CC plan, and I consider to purchase a redeem code at Amazon.de.

Although I am not a teacher or a student, my free first year CC subscription is for students/teachers. I don't know why. Currently there's a special offer at Amazon.de at 102€. The normal licenses are at 132€ a year. Can I renew my subscription with a license for students/teachers? Because of the currently running students/teachers CC? Or must I purchase a normal license?

When I said I was encoding for vimo - I did not mean that I was trying to have AME upload to vimo after encoding.

I did not have the latest graphics card driver, I updated and it encoded correctly the very first time I used it. I then tried to encode some more things and it keeps crashing. When it crash's it does it 1 of 2 ways. Sometimes I get a error message from AME saying " A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available " It never gives me a message saying what the problem might be. The other time it crashes - the screen goes completely black and I have to re boot.

I did change the Mercury playback to software and it still crashed.

I have the latest versions of Premier Pro and AME.

This is very frustrating.

Hello guys!

First of all the specs:

Premiere Pro CC 2017 11.1.2 (updated today)

MBP Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015

macOS Sierra Version 10.12.5

2,5 GHz Intel Core i7

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

As I try to open my recent project the message "An unknown error occured while opening the project." pops up.

I've check a few forums and tried other recommended steps:

Opening Auto Save Project - failed.
Creating new project, importing defective project - failed.

Is there any way to solves this problem or can someone somehow fix the project file?

Hi Hannes,

I also suspect this may be related to text styles. When you select the text in the original document (with the correct font) do you see a + symbol next to the paragraph style (see A below), or is it (B) without a + symbol? Or is there definitely no paragraph style applied (C)?
