why in PS CS6 shape layer Scattered and move from its postion once i open PSD file?

i work in photoshop CS6,

i did my design use Shape Layers, layer style and I used also LAYER COMPs

every thing was fine

but once i save my file PSD in Flash Memory and move to another computer which has same version of photoshop CS6 and same update

i issue big problome with shape layers, its move from its postion by itself and some of layer (text or shape) appear in LayerComps which should not appear.
