unable to reach adobe servers

So for the past 3 days since buying CC I have been greeted by the following message, "unable to reach Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings, and try again in a few minutes" I have tried all the suggested methods such as everything involving the oobe folder, re-installing, disabling antivirus and firewalls.
