What a shame that a technically excellent product, Adobe Acrobat, is flawed by later incompatabilities, and support for older products none existent even when the problems are Adobe originated. I was alerted by Adobe to update AIR before I could run my usual Acrobat, but the update failed. Not my fault. I was advised to uninstall, use Adobe clean, and re-install, which I did, only to be confronted with invalid serial number, even though I pasted it from my serial number records, and that serial number is the same on my desktop, which does not ask for AIR to be updated. Adobe created the problem, but won't fix the issue. Adobe is yet another pioneer too big to support the users that helped them to their dizzy heights!
