You need to download the Creative Cloud Desktop Application and Install it. You then open the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application sign in with your Adobe User ID that has the subscription. Then you install the creative cloud application you want to use from the creative cloud desktop's Apps tab. I do not use LR.
