Mac版のIllustratorCS6で試してみました。 画像トレースを実行する際に添付画像のようにプルダウンから項目を選んで実行すると、指定したプリセットでトレースをアクションから実行することができました。 他に、1.画像を配置後、選択した状態からアクションを記録2.トレース後にオブジェクトに拡張するまでを記録して実行しています。
