メニューが降りないというのは、メニューバーをクリックしてもメニューの文字が反転したりといった反応も、全くなにもない、のでしょうか。 Photoshopでのみ、起きていますか？起動は順調に終わって、パレット類が表示されている状態ですか？またショートカットキー（コマンド＋Qなど）は効いているのでしょうか。
