お使いなのがCreative CloudやTLP/CLPライセンスであれば変更可能です。前者であればインストールと認証をMacで行えば大丈夫です。後者であればライセンスウェブサイトでMac用のインストーラーとシリアルを入手可能です。 それ以外のライセンス（パッケージ等）の場合は変更できません。
